bulletTK Waupaca is committed to taking a pro-active approach in minimizing and/or eliminating exposure to risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The Ergonomic s program has been established to address issues related to MSDs. The designated members of the Ergonomics committee will have the support of management and will be provided with the authority, resources and information necessary to meet their responsibilities.
bulletThis comprehensive program will include employee training, risk factor evaluations of the work place, ergonomic consideration during the design of new workstations, and new tooling and equipment.
